GENERATING SET MASTIFF serie

The "Mastiff"  line of generating set has been especially tailored for people that use the generating set in a intensive way .
Further to this ,they are the ideal products for people that want to set up or renew their rental park
The power range of the "Mastiff" line goes from 10 kva to 100 kva.
According to the power range they have been equipped  with different engine brands :
LOMBARDINI-KOHLER and YANMAR (from 9 kva to 20 kva)
CUMMINS AND IVECO ( from 30 KVA to 100 KVA ) 

Engines are rated at 1500 rpm .In this way there is a saving in terms of fuel consumption, furthermore the generating sets can work continuosly for long period of time .
All the generating sets are equipped with AVR ( Automatic Voltage regulator ), from 20 kva to 100 kva the alternatorr is equipped ,on a standard basis, is electronic AVR.
This instrument automatically settles the voltage of the generating set in order to avoid electrical jolts.
Tank is built in the base frame , it has an autonomy of 8 hrs at 80% of the load.
Weather proof canopies ,produced internally in the company ,are both an excellent protection against weather-beaten and an efficient instrument to reduce the noise level.
For making easier lifting operation , generating sets have been equipped with lifting eyes on the lateral sides.
This application , compared to the classical central eye , let , through the three eyes, to balance the weight of the generating set with empty tank , full tank or half-filled tank
Control and operating panel are manual: it is equipped with easy to read instruments , through which it is possible to check the main working parameters of the generating set:

• Voltmeter
• Ammeter
• hour counter
• automatic shutdown

The starting process of the generating set is easy, in this way everyone, also green hand on generators, can make the machine working.

They are also equipped with safety insruments such as:

• Low oil pressure
• low fuel level
• high engine temperature

Control panel has been equipped also with various plugs :

• 2x 400V /32A 5 poles Cee
• 2x 230V /16A 3 poles Cee
• 1x 230V /16A schuko
