Automatic mains failure panel

QS Model

Image Control panel for diesel generator sets up to 30 KVA equipped with plug, socket and a 4 mt. long multipole wire.Control logic and unit management by electronic microprocessor controller, flush mounted on the panel front side, battery voltage 12V.
Inputs
measurement of gen-set voltage, frequency (single-phase), mains voltage (single-phase) d.c. voltage generator (dynamo); low oil pressure, high engine temperature, low fuel level and start consent contact, 3 inputs for the remote commands allowing the following operations: switching off of the automatic starts, emergency stop, automatic starting, automatic test (weekly test).
Outputs
command of mains contactor, generator contactor, output available on engine starting and running and not available on engine lock, gen-set on and off, start, stop, alarm, battery charger.
By means of the push-buttons on the control panel front side it is possible to enable the manual starting and stopping of the operations, to stop the start function, to set the power pack on automatic operation. The front side of the control panel displays the automatic / manual / test or lock process, if the mains are on, feeding from the mains or the gen-set, regular voltage and frequency of the unit, running motor, kind of failure causing the possible stop (too low oil pressure, engine overheating, low fuel level, broken belt, unit failure, overfrequency, failed start), battery charger on.

Q1F Model

Image Control panel for generator sets from 15 to 250 KVA. Control logic by electronic controller, flush-mounted on the panel front side, battery voltage 12 or 24V.
Instruments
voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, hour counter.
Controls
programming switch: automatic test, automatic running, locked engine and reset, mains feeding, manual start, feeding from genset; start/stop pushbuttons.
Signals
mains available, mains contactor closed, gen-set presence, gen-set contactor closed, battery within nominal value, battery charger on, low fuel level, failed start, cumulative alarm.
Safety devices
low oil pressure, high engine temperature, failed start, cumulative damage, emergency stop presetting, generator overload (operating with protection switch), fuel stock.

QM-01 Model

Image AMF panel with automatic transfer switch (ATS) for generating set sets from 8 to 787 KVA. Microprocessor logic, three displays digital instrumentation, programming switch that allows the operation even in case of electronic breakdown, built in automatic 5A battery charger.
Digital parameters:
mains voltage, generating set voltage, frequency, single-phase current, battery charger voltage and current , total running hours

QM-02 Model

Image AMF panel with automatic transfer switch (ATS) for generating set sets from 8 to 2000 KVA. Microprocessor logic, 2x16 alphanumeric characters display digital instrumentation, progamming switch that allows the oepration even in case of electronic breakdown, built-in automatic 6A battery charger.

mains voltage (three phases), generating set voltage (three phases), generating set frequency, three phases current, voltmeter, kW meter, power factor (cosphi), battery charger current and voltage, oil pressure, engine temperature, fuel level, total running hours, partial running hours, rpm meter, starting attempts meter, failed start attemps, Maintenance in hours, automatic start time test set, automatic stop time set.
